In this bright and colourful book Janet Whittle covers many creative techniques for capturing the beauty of flowers and plants - wet-in-wet, wet-in-dry, negative painting, masking, lifting out, glazing and more. She also looks at detailing the finer parts of flowers such as veining and stamens. Janet's paintings are characterised by their lively backgrounds and her vibrant palette and she gives guidance on painting backgrounds as well as on composition. Clear step-by-step projects on snowdrops, poppies and daisies are included and many other flowers are depicted in examples of Janet's finished work.
Flowers or Plants in My Garden
Just some of the flowers and plants from my garden. I've been doing gardening a lot when I came to Australia, because I like the flowers here very much than in my own country.
But the flowers will die up or dried up eventually, so the best way to keep them alive is using the camera to capture their most beautiful and stunning moment.
I not even remember what is every single flower name in my garden,haha...so i didn't name some of them in my tittle...sorry about that!
